About RRSB Forex R R Sen & Brothers (RRSB Forex) is an RBI-licensed Category II Money Changer (License No. FE KOL ADCAT II/01-2008), authorised to deal in foreign exchange for permitted current account transactions including currency exchange, travel cards, and remittance. 3. Eligibility and KYC All foreign exchange and remittance transactions are subject to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines, including the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) where applicable. Valid identity documents, PAN, and other KYC documents as prescribed by RBI must be furnished before any transaction is processed. RRSB Forex reserves the right to decline any transaction that does not meet regulatory or documentation requirements. 4. Exchange Rates Rates displayed on this website, including on the live rate ticker and Buy/Sell calculator, are indicative and subject to change without prior notice based on market movement. The rate applicable to your transaction will be the rate confirmed at the time your order is placed and accepted by RRSB Forex, not necessarily the rate last displayed to you. 5. Orders and Cancellations An order placed through this website is a request to transact and is confirmed only once RRSB Forex has verified the required documentation and payment. RRSB Forex reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including where documentation is incomplete, incorrect, or where the transaction would breach RBI/FEMA limits. 6. Payments Payments for foreign exchange purchases must be made in accordance with RBI guidelines on cash and non-cash payment limits. RRSB Forex does not accept split payments across cash and bank transfer for a single transaction where prohibited by regulation. 7. Delivery Where home delivery or branch pickup is offered, delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, documentation, and courier/logistics availability. 8. Limitation of Liability RRSB Forex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, including delays or errors due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal. 10. Changes to These Terms RRSB Forex may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
